Submission Format and Standards

  • Submission Requirements: Abstract (no more than 1,000 words, in Word document format) and presentation slides (PPT).

  • Language: Chinese

  • Submission Formatting:

    • Abstract Content: Title, keywords, and author profile (name, gender, organization/institution, job title, position, contact phone number, email, etc.).

    • Font: FangSong (仿宋)

    • Title: Size 16 pt (三號 / Third Grade), Bold, Centered

    • Author Name: Size 12 pt (小四號 / Small Fourth Grade)

    • Body Text: Size 12 pt (小四號 / Small Fourth Grade)

    • Line Spacing: 1.5 lines

    • File Naming Convention: [Abstract Title] + [Name] + [Organization]

    • Abstract Submission Deadline: 31 August 2026

    • Presentation Slides (PPT) Submission Deadline: 2 October 2026
