  • Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first served basis.

  • Entitlement includes entries to the Conference and Asia GIS Conference 2026, lunches, dinners and technical visits

  • Eligibility is limited to university students enrolled full-time in a recognised institutional programme. Proof of enrolment (e.g., student ID or enrolment letter) may be required.

  • Multiple online payment methods are available, including VISA, Mastercard, UnionPay (Credit & Debit), Alipay, AlipayHK, WeChat Pay. A 3% transaction fee applies to all online payments;

  • Registrants who register during the early bird period must make their payment before the deadline. Failure to pay by the deadline will result in a change to the standard rate;

  • Registrants who select cash payment must complete their payment on the day of the event at the registration desk, adhering to the rate specified in the registration confirmation email.
